Access permit
When can I drive my car onto the exhibition grounds in order to dismantle my stand on the last day of the fair?
Vehicles required for dismantling purposes can be brought onto the grounds approx. 2 hours after a trade fair is over. A deposit is generally required for vehicles weighing less than 3.5 tons GVW.
You will be given a deposit slip after paying a deposit of €100. This slip entitles you to drive onto the grounds for 2 hours right after the trade fair comes to a close. You can find more specific information on deposit requirements in our traffic guidelines, which we publish approx. 6 weeks before the event begins on the respective event's website.
Where can I get an access permit for the dismantling of the stand?
You can get an access permit for vehicles weighing over 3.5 tons GVW at the truck pool parking lot P 22. Register at the parking lot booth, where the employee will give you a permit to drive onto the grounds as soon as there is an unoccupied logistics area in the hall.
Please note that trucks may not drive onto the exhibition grounds on the last day of a fair until about 2 hours after the fair is over.
For vehicles weighing less than 3.5 tons GVW, you can purchase a limited number of deposit slips at the parking permit counter in the Service Center on the last two days of the stand construction period or at the truck pool parking lot P 22 on the last day of a fair.
Beginning on the first day of disassembly, you can get access permits for passenger cars directly at the entrance gate.
Where do I get information concerning truck deposits?
No deposits are required for trucks (vehicles weighing over 3.5 tons GVW).
